Each fall, members of our chapter
participate in the “Global Oklahoma”
festival at Rose State College. We use the
festival as an opportunity to reach out to the
community and to educate the public about
the mission and goals of the United Nations
Association.

“Global Oklahoma - a festival of cultures is an
annual event on the Rose State College
campus. The festival brings together the
cultures of the world to promote appreciation
and understanding of the peoples of the
world and Oklahoma's rich and diverse
heritage. This appreciation and under-
standing is developed through exhibits,
entertainment, food, school displays, and
art."
