The Greater Oklahoma City Chapter of
UNA-USA is proud to support the annual
Hunger Banquet at OCU.
Freeing the world of hunger is the mission of
the UN World Food Program. The UN often
works hand in hand with non-governmental
organizations, like World Neighbors, to
pursue common goals and objectives.
Among the Millennium Development Goals
which the United Nations has set for the 21st
century, at the top of the list is
halving the proportion of hungry
people in the world.
