school teacher in the
Oklahoma City area.
She currently teaches

secondary English
Language Learners,
and is the social
studies chairperson
for her middle school.
She holds an M.A. in
International Affairs
and an M.Ed. with a
concentration in
Multicultural
Education.
Dr. Eric Heinze
Humanities Advisor
Eric Heinze is a faculty
member at the
University of
Oklahoma,
Department of Political
Science and School of
International and Area
Studies. He teaches
courses on general
international relations,
international law,
international relations
theory, and
international human
rights. Dr. Heinze
conducts research on
the tension between
human rights and the
US war on terrorism,
especially the use of
military force abroad.
